Do you want to choose how your lamb is cut? This option, you leave a deposit and when we send the animals in, you are assigned an animal and fill out the cut sheet on the butcher’s website. (Check it out here)

With this option, you pay based on the weight of the animal assigned to you - $10/lbs to the farmer, $60 slaughter fee, $1.25/lbs cut & wrap (min $80), then additional for sausage or smoking.
